About me
Background & Education

✔️Degree in Clinical Psychology, 2024
My academic training gives me the tools to support emotional regulation, trauma integration, and psychological growth — ethically and with deep awareness of mental health dynamics.

✔️Carl Jung Psychoanalysis, Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis
I studied symbolic language, archetypes, the unconscious, and shadow work, grounding my Tarot practice in analytical depth.

✔️Stella Adler Academy of Acting, New York
I trained as a theatre director and acting coach, using embodiment and dramatic structure as tools for healing fear, shame, and anxiety.

✔️1 year with an Amazonian Tribe in Peru
I lived and studied traditional plant medicine and Ayahuasca ceremony, learning directly from indigenous elders. This deepened my relationship to ritual, nature, and spiritual transformation.

In addition to my healing and psychological work, I am also a theatre director. I created and directed an immersive theatre piece based on Samuel Beckett’s “Waiting for Godot.”

This project was not a traditional play. It was a ritual performance — an experiential journey where the audience was not separate from the action, but became part of the narrative. The fourth wall was deliberately broken, allowing the viewers to enter the emotional and symbolic landscape of the story — not as observers, but as direct participants.

Inspired by Antonin Artaud

The work was deeply influenced by the vision of Antonin Artaud, a French philosopher, poet, and theatre visionary of the early 20th century. Artaud believed that theatre must break free from realism and entertainment, and instead function as a form of ritual — a space where the irrational, the bodily, and the sacred collide.

He called for a “Theatre of Cruelty” — not in the sense of violence, but in the sense of radical honesty, disruption of illusion, and awakening through symbolic confrontation. In his view, theatre should bypass the intellect and speak directly to the unconscious, like dreams or myth.

This philosophy became the foundation for the immersive structure of the performance — where the boundaries between actor and audience were dissolved, and each person encountered the story through their own internal experience.

I am an author of two published books
Since childhood, the word has been my most sacred tool —
not only for expression, but for transformation.
I’ve always felt that language carries magical properties:
it can shape reality, shift inner landscapes, and call the invisible into form.

Writing for me is a form of ritual contact with the unspeakable,
a way of giving voice to silence, shadows, and the sacred.

I have authored two books — both centered on inner experience, trauma, femininity, and the alchemical power of emotion.

“Laura”

A poetic and psychological work that explores the mind of a woman suspended between grief, vision, childhood memory, and mystical experience.
This book weaves prose, poetic fragments, and inner voices into a tapestry of raw emotion and archetypal search.

Joel and Paul”

A lyrical novella about two beings — Joël and Paul — who exist outside time.
Through their conversation and movement through symbolic landscapes, the book becomes an allegory for lost innocence, the longing for union, and the soul’s desire to return to what is essential and pure.

🌿Project on the GO!🌿

A Non-Invasive Approach to Deep Trauma

Over the years, I have developed a unique healing technique that integrates clinical psychology, depth psychology, trauma theory, and spiritual practice. This method was submitted as a research project for a PhD program and remains an evolving part of my independent work.

The core belief behind the method is simple yet radical:
The psyche heals itself, when not interfered with.
Our role is to follow it, not to force it.

Key Principles

1. The Irrational Surpasses the Rational
Healing does not always come through logic. Deep trauma resists rational interpretation. We must allow the unconscious to reveal what matters — without imposing our analytical systems onto it. Myth, fairytales, stories are a natural way for our psyche to process life experiences. Not everything needs to be rationally processed, a lot has to be experienced and felt, but not cut into rational, dry conclusions

2. Respect for the Psyche’s Defenses
Rather than breaking down defense mechanisms, we create a space where trauma can release naturally. When healing occurs, defenses dissolve by themselves. Our psyche is ancient and has its own reasons to build one or another defense mechanism. We should not judge it, force it into rational change that we assume is beneficial. We should create space, where the content of trauma can be released, lived naturally leading to new partens of behaviour, spontaneous insights, where psyche can effortlessly drop all unhealthy mechanism by itself.

3. The Therapist as a Companion, Not Authority
This method requires the therapist to release the role of interpreter or guide. True transformation happens when the client is not being directed, but simply witnessed with presence and trust. The only authority in the process of selfinventions is psyche itself.

4. The Unconscious Feels Everything
The client always perceives — even unconsciously — the stance and inner posture of the therapist. A neutral, respectful, non-judgmental presence is essential. We communicate way more on unconscious level then we are ready to admit. A lot is hidden in what was not said, or said between the lines. A lot is hidden in body movements, facial expression. The unconsciousness of therapist is constantly communicating with the unconsciousness of the client creating a shared space were the true alchemy happening.

Structure of the Process

1. Wax & Free Association
Using melted wax, clients project inner images, memories, and emotional content. The therapist only clarifies what is seen — never interprets. This techic comes from old magic practices of my ancestors and was used for centuries to clean energy and open the path of life.

2. The Inner Teacher
Instead of relying on external validation, clients develop a symbolic inner source of wisdom and support. This strengthens autonomy. A series of meditations based on soul searching technics from aicent shamanic practices. The Inner Guide, the Sage, the All seer, the Shaman are living withing us. We can connect to this source of wisdom, with no need to appeal to external authorities.

3. Body Work
Trauma is held in the body. Somatic release is invited, but not directed. When we can work with emotions and mind, body may still carry it is own cellular memory of pain, resentment, fear, anxiety. Body has a "mind" of its own and we can't truly leborate our authenticity without gentle technics that help body to release old, unnecessary information.

4. Group Presence
In group settings, projections are mirrored and held. The therapist maintains neutrality and lets the field speak for itself. As it is belived, if you were traumatized by another human being, accordingly you need another human being to rebuild, heal and reprogram damaged scenarios. Only "the other" can help us fully decompose the past.

5. Return to Nature
The final stage reconnects the client to the body of the Earth — to what is greater, stable, timeless. Nature is the ultimate witness. You don't need churches, group of people, books or anything in particular to be connected to Earth, which granted you your body, life and nourishment. With help of shamanic texhics we can find your spirit plant, that can symbolise your union with living environment around you. This plant can be your shelter, your path back to innocence and purity.

This approach is influenced by the work of:

Carl Jung, Wilhelm Reich, Donald Winnicott, Eugene Gendlin.

The Goal

The aim of this technique is not to analyze, correct, or explain — but to create a sacred inner space where healing unfolds from within. No need to force psyche into change, we create a space where it can change safely, in its own rhythm, on its own terms.
I offer elements of this method in my 1-on-1 and group sessions, when appropriate.
